Refund policy
- Ullkana Artisans does not accept returns on custom items.
- Due to the current pandemic we are not accepting returns. As of March 2021 we will go back to our normal return policy which is: Items are accepted for exchange or return for store credit if returned in their unwashed and unworn condition within 14 days of delivery date. To request an exchange or return, please email info@ullkanaartisans.com within 7 days of the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping fees.
- If an item is returned, the buyer will be refunded only the cost of the item, not any shipping costs associated with the order. If the item was purchased in an order that qualified for free shipping, a $5.50 restocking fee will be deducted from the returned item(s).
- If the buyer returns items for an exchange, Ullkana Artisans will deduct Credit Card/PayPal/Sezzle fees from the refund to the original payment form.
- Items shipped internationally are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
- If an item is damaged or there is a quality issue, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@ullkanaartisans.com
